Spring 2008 Schrödinger User Symposium in Portland, OR, June 4–6

Highlighting the very latest modeling results and technologies applied to drug discovery

Schrödinger will hold its third annual Spring User Symposium on June 4th through 6th, at the historic Benson Hotel in Portland, Oregon. The event will focus on the most recent scientific advances and applications in molecular modeling and computational drug discovery, with presentations from users at leading companies and institutes from around the world.

The Symposium will include two full days of invited presentations by top pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and academic researchers. Additionally, there will be evening activities organized by Schrödinger and breakout meetings to meet developers, product managers, and other Schrödinger employees, as well as a tour of our Portland office . Attendees will also have time for hands-on software training, one-on-one time with Schrödinger applications scientists, and a firsthand look at forthcoming technology, such as Desmond, the highly parallelizable molecular dynamics program.

We are still accepting abstracts for poster presentations. All applicants whose abstracts are accepted will receive a 50% discount off of the registration fees. Submissions should be e-mailed to conferences@schrodinger.com . Please include a short bio, title, and abstract. The presentation should highlight either methods developments or scientific applications using Schrödinger software.
