When running Jaguar or QSite calculations, I obtain the following warning in the log file. How can this be avoided?
libibverbs: Warning: RLIMIT_MEMLOCK is 32768 bytes.
This will severely limit memory registrations.
You can increase the limit for RLIMIT_MEMLOCK by adding the following command in the shell startup files.
For bash shells: ulimit -l unlimited
For C style shells (e.g., csh, tcsh): limit memorylocked unlimited
Keywords: Jaguar, QSite, libiverbs, RLIMIT_MEMLOCK, Open Mpi
