Can Glide dock ligands to RNA or DNA targets?
Yes. Docking ligands to RNA or DNA receptors can be done in the same way as docking to a protein receptor. The same receptor and ligand preparation steps should be followed as for proteins. Glide (and the OPLS_2001 force field) has been optimized for docking to proteins, not DNA or RNA docking, so the results, particularly the scoring, might not be optimal.
