What is the jobname_raw.mae file produced during a Glide docking job?

In a flexible docking job, Glide writes docking results to an intermediate file as they are generated. If your job is interrupted for any reason, this file contains the results up to the point where the job stopped. This intermediate-results file is named jobname_raw.mae. When the Glide job finishes successfully, the glide_sort utility is run automatically to read this file and create the filtered and sorted jobname._pv.maegz or jobname._lib.maegz file.

Keywords: Glide, intermediate files
