How can I determine whether a side chain of my protein has multiple occupancy or missing density?

Side chains are colored green to indicate alternate locations or multiple occupancy, and side chains are colored red if there are missing atoms.

Also, when the Protein Preparation Wizard workflow is run, it will identify and warn you of missing atoms.
