How long does it take to run an Induced Fit calculation?
The amount of time it takes to run an Induced Fit calculation depends on the parameters selected for the calculation. On a 2 GHz Pentium 4 processor, it can take between 25 minutes to 9 hours to run an Induced Fit Docking job on a molecule with several thousand atoms.
