How should I decide how many Prime CPUs and how many Glide CPUs to use for an Induced Fit Docking calculation?
To improve the speed of an IFD calculation, specify the maximum available number of CPUs for the number of Prime CPUs and the number of Glide CPUs. However, the number of CPUs specified should not exceed the number of poses specified for the initial Glide docking step.
