Are there any special requirements to run Jaguar in parallel via a batch queue?
Jaguar makes use of Open MPI, which is included in the software installation. Jaguar makes multiple calls to MPI per job, so you should ensure that your queue configuration allows this. For further information about parallel configuration and batch queues, see the Installation Guide.
