In KNIME, can the number of decimals or significant figures be adjusted for reporting, for example with the CSV writer?

Yes. You can use the math formula node function round, which has two arguments. The first argument can be an expression, and the second argument is the number of decimal places it rounds to. The round() function with one argument sets the number of decimal places to the default value of 0, which rounds to the nearest integer. With negative values of the number of decimal places, it rounds to the nearest power of 10, i.e., -1 rounds to the nearest 10, -2 rounds to the nearest 100, and so on.
