How do I kill a LigPrep job without having the output copied back?
When a job is killed, the output files are copied from the temporary directory back to the job submission directory. These files may be quite large. To avoid having these files copied back, you can terminate the job with the command:
$SCHRODINGER/jobcontrol -killnooutput job_id<
