How can I run core-hopping jobs from the command line?

First, save the job input files by using the Write button in the Protocore Docking panel. Then run the following command:

$SCHRODINGER/impact -i jobname.inp

where jobname is the name you used for the input file. This command runs a single-processor job on the local host. For multiprocessor jobs, you can use para_glide instead of impact. The usual job control options can be used.

See the Glide User Manual for more information on running impact and para_glide, and see the Job Control Guide for more information on setting up and running jobs from the command line.
