Can I run a Desmond job on Windows?
Desmond jobs cannot be run locally on Windows machines, except for the System Builder. However, Desmond jobs can be launched from Windows to remote Linux hosts. For FEP jobs, you must select a Linux host both for the master process, and the subjobs. See Chapter 6 of the Installation Guide for details on configuring remote job submission.
