What file formats are supported for dockable ligands in Glide?
If you are running Glide from Maestro, Maestro can read structures from a wide variety of file formats into the Project Table — see the Maestro User Manual for details.
When docking ligands from external files, whether from Maestro or from the command line, you can choose a single multi-structure Maestro file, a multi-structure SD file, a multi-structure MOL2 file, or a single-structure PDB file.
