What ligand file formats are supported for Glide docking jobs?

If you are running Glide from Maestro, Maestro can import structures from a wide variety of file formats into the project — see the Maestro User Manual for details.

As of the 2014-3 release, when docking ligands from external files, whether from Maestro or from the command line, you can choose to use multiple files of any supported type: multi-structure Maestro files, multi-structure SD files, multi-structure MOL2 files, or single-structure PDB files. In earlier releases you can only dock ligands from a single file.
