What is the maximum number of processors / cores that can be used in a Jaguar calculation?
The maximum number of nodes for parallel Jaguar calculations cannot be greater than the number of atoms in the input structure. This shouldn't prove to be a hindrance, as using many processors for a small structure may be an inefficient use of the hardware. For optimum efficiency, we recommend using 4 to 8 processors in parallel mode.
