My job failed with this error message:

FATAL: No job directory

What do I do?

The job is failing because the "tmpdir:" setting in your schrodinger.hosts file points to a directory that you do not have permissions to write to. For example, if in your schrodinger.hosts file you have:

tmpdir: /scratch/tmp

then you either need to make sure that /scratch/tmp has read and write permissions for your user account, or you need to adjust your schrodinger.hosts file so that "tmpdir:" points to a directory for which your user account has read and write permissions.
