How do I submit distributed MacroModel jobs to a queuing system?
MacroModel jobs are automatically distributed when you select multiple processors in Maestro. The distribution is done by para_bmin, which you can also run from the command line to distribute jobs. Distributed processing is not supported for all job types: check the MacroModel Reference Manual or the MacroModel User Manual for the job type that you want to run.
