I want to run the Protein Preparation Wizard. What do I do?

Beginning with Maestro 8.0, the Protein Preparation Wizard is included with Maestro. You can open the Protein Preparation Wizard panel from the Workflows menu. The Protein Preparation Wizard can make use of Epik for determining ligand protonation states, and Impact for relaxing the protein structure. Use of these features in the Protein Preparation Wizard requires Epik and Impact to be installed with valid licenses.
