Why does Maestro enantiomerize my structures when I rotate?
Maestro does not actually enantiomerize your structures. This is simply an optical illusion that can occur with the Wire molecular representation because it is sometimes difficult to determine which bonds are "in front" and which bonds are "behind." If in doubt, select a molecular representation, such as tube, that more clearly represents 3D character. You can also turn on perspective to give better 3D cues.
