My flexible ligand alignment job fails. What can I do?
If you use the Flexible Ligand Alignment panel to align structures that do not have explicit hydrogen atoms, the job fails. You should ensure that the structures have hydrogens before aligning them. To do this, double-click the Add hydrogens button on the main toolbar.
