Is there a way to generate a hypotheses from a set of pre-aligned structures without having to go through the entire Develop Pharmacophore Model workflow?

The command line script

$SCHRODINGER/utilities/create_hypoConsensus

can be used to create a consensus hypothesis from a set of aligned structures.
