Can I run Phase jobs on a grid?
Running Phase jobs on a grid is no longer supported. However, you can distribute Phase searches over multiple hosts, such as the nodes on a cluster.
From Suite 2006 to Suite 2008, Phase supported Find Matches jobs that search an SD file (phase_gridSearch) on computing grids. The supported grid server was Univa UD's GridMP. Pharmacophore model development, database management and searching, and other Phase tasks were not supported on a grid.
