How can I download the full Prime package?

Apart from Prime itself, Prime relies on third-party products. From Suite 2011, these third-party products are included in the installers, and enable you to do homology modeling with web-based searching. In earlier suites, these products are not available by default from the Schrödinger web site, and must be downloaded and installed. Full details of downloading and installing the third-party products can be found in the Installation Guide.

If you need to install the PDB or BLAST databases, you can do so with utilities provided with the installation. Instructions can be found in the Installation Guide.

Prime has an optional Threading pathway that is not included by default. For more information, see Article 1356
