I installed Prime from the download site but there was no required or suggested third-party software included. What should I do?

The third-party executables are included with the installers. However, the databases (PDB and BLAST) are not included. In order to download or update the databases, run:

$SCHRODINGER/utilities/update_BLASTDB

and

$SCHRODINGER/utilities/rsync_pdb
