Can I do a GPCR alignment on Windows?
The GPCR alignment code in Prime is based on using secondary structure predictions from both SSPro and PsiPred. Since PsiPred is not available on Windows, the secondary structure assignment of the query might be less than perfect, and manual editing of the secondary structure assignment might be necessary in order for the GPCR alignment code to recognize the helices and successfully apply the fingerprints in the alignment.
