When I try to run an Impref minimization from the Protein Preparation Wizard, I get a dialog box that says "Could not launch Impref minimization. Please check your installation.". How can I fix this problem?
It is likely that you may be running into a library incompatibility between the original 2008 release (Impact v50112) and the mmshare (v17207) from the Suite 2008 Update release. We recommend that you update to a newer release.
