How can I change the preferred renderer for chemical structure column types in KNIME?
Under File → Preferences, go to KNIME → Chemistry and select the default renderer (eg Canvas 2D) for each chemistry type. Note that there is no Maestro type for now but you can turn the column to smiles type to automatically display the structures in 2D.
