I click the Plot button in the Simulation Quality Analysis or Simulation Event Analysis panels, but nothing happens. The analysis jobs ran fine, so why am I not able to plot the results?

It may be that your Matplotlib settings have become corrupted. Try moving or renaming the directory $HOME/.matplotlib, and then restarting Maestro.
