I have fingerprints that are not associated with a structure. Can I use them with Canvas?

Yes. You can create a Canvas project with the fingerprint (.fp) file from the command line using the -new option:

$SCHRODINGER/utilities/canvasProjectDB -proj full-path/project.cnv -ifp myfpfile.fp -new

You can append other fingerprints to this project by using the -append option instead of -new. Once you have the fingerprints in a project, you can open the project in the Canvas interface and use the fingerprints for calculations.
