I have multiple fingerprints that I would like to combine and then use in the Canvas interface? Is this possible?

Yes. To do this, you can create a Canvas project from the command line. Use the -new option with the first fingerprint file as follows:

$SCHRODINGER/utilities/canvasProjectDB -proj full-path/project.cnv -ifp myfpfile.fp -new

For the remaining fingerprint files, you can append to this project by using the -append option instead of -new with the above command. Once you have the fingerprints in a project, you can open the project in the Canvas interface and use the fingerprints for calculations or analyses.
