How do I configure the middle mouse button on my Lenovo laptop to use it for Maestro operations?

On Windows machines the middle mouse button is often in scrolling mode. This disables the use of the middle mouse button in Maestro for Workspace operations. To fix this problem, in the UltraNav tab of the Mouse Properties panel, click Settings, and in the Trackpoint Properties panel in the section Choose Scrolling or Magnifying Glass function, select Neither.
