I would like to keep my input, output, and log files in my project. Is this possible?
Yes it is possible. By default Maestro leaves input, output, and log files in your current working directory, but you can change this default by setting the appropriate preference. Choose Maestro → Preferences to open the Preferences panel, then under General → Directory (Directory tab in Suite 2010 and earlier), select "Project directory" or "Project jobs directory". The latter will put all your job files in a directory called jobs and located in your project (i.e. the project_name.prj/jobs directory).
