I can't run remote jobs. What should I do?

First, you should make sure that you have set up access to the remote hosts. You can do this with the Configure Schrodinger Software application(Help → Configure Licensing and Hosts in Maestro), and also test access with this application.

For releases earlier than 2015-4, you can use the instructions in the Installation Guide, in the chapter on preparing for job submission. You should use the Diagnostics panel (Help → Diagnostics in Maestro) to check that access is set up.
