When I start a Desmond job on a Windows machine, the job never runs. What is the problem?

Desmond jobs can be prepared on Windows, but must be launched to a remote Linux machine or cluster. Both the master process and the subjob processes must to be sent to a remote machine by selecting a remote host in the Start panel.
