I have selected my GPCR template but when I run the 'align GPCR mode' my job fails to incorporate. What's wrong?
It is possible that your installation does not include a license for this functionality in Prime. Please check that you have a PSP_STA_GPCR entry in your license file. If not please contact your Schrödinger representative.
