Is it possible to run a Phase shape-based search over multiple processors when searching a database with conformers?
Yes, this can be done if you run the job from the command line with the command
$SCHRODINGER/phase_shape
If you run the above command without any arguments, you will see the full usage text. Note the
-HOST host:[n] option that allows you to distribute the job.
