How can I export the aligned structures in the Score Hypotheses step of the Develop Pharmacophore Model workflow?
With all ligands selected (highlighted) in the Alignments table, right-click in the table to display a menu that will allow you to export the ligands either to a Maestro file or to the Project Table.
