I tried to align my GPCR sequence in Prime but the "align GPCR" mode reports that less than seven helices are found. What do I do?
It is likely that the secondary structure prediction is having difficulty with your target sequence. This is often caused by two or more helices being merged into one continuous helix. To correct this, manually edit the SSP to ensure that there are seven helical regions and realign.
