I tried to align my GPCR sequence to my template using the "Align GPCR" mode and I get a Blast error "non-zero return code." What is causing this?
This error is likely occurring because the BLAST GPCR files (gpcr.*) are not installed in the third party database ($SCHRODINGER_THIRDPARTY/database/blast). To get these files, run $SCHRODINGER/update_blast.
