I've noticed in Maestro that there is a menu displayed when I right-click. Is there a tutorial on what can be done with this menu?

Various right-click menus are displayed depending on the context. For example, if atoms are selected in Maestro, one type of menu is displayed; when there are no atoms selected and you right click in an empty part of the workspace, a different menu is displayed; and when you right click on a bond, yet a different menu is displayed. There are a large number of things that can be done from these menus. For example: change molecular representation, clip planes to selected atoms, create entry from selected atoms, change color scheme, display additional atoms/residues, change background color, create an image, change bond order, and much more.
