I am using the REOS Filter KNIME node. Where can I find the definitions used, and can I modify the filtering criteria?

This KNIME node uses the Canvas application canvasSearch. The REOS filter definitions can be found in this file:

$SCHRODINGER/mmshare-vversion/data/canvas/Reos.typ

If you want to use alternate definitions, please use the "Structure Filter" Schrodinger node, which has a feature to select a filter file.

For instance, copy Reos.typ into your working directory and adjust it. Then select it in the "Structure Filter" KNIME node, which can be used as an alternative to the "REOS filter" node.
