Installation on Windows failed with "Internal Error 2738". What do I do?

This problem is usually due to VBScript not being installed. To fix it, log on as administrator, open a command prompt (with Run as Administrator), and run the following command:

regsvr32 VBScript.dll

This should install VBScript, and you can then return to installing the Schrödinger software.
