I have built my GPCR homology model but I can't find a residue that a publication refers to using the Weinstein-Ballesteros numbering. Is there a way to renumber my structure using this scheme?

Yes. In Maestro, it is possible to renumber your protein using one of our scripts (GPCR Generic Numbering) located under Scripts → Workspace Tools. If the script is not in this location, you can download it from the Script Center.
