How do I make spheres and tubes smoother when using OpenGL 2.1 in Maestro?

If your graphics card supports an anti-aliasing feature and can be set to use supersampling (SS), then set your card to override application settings and choose an anti-aliasing level that uses SS (supersampling). On Nvidia cards you can often set the anti-aliasing settings by using the nvidia-settings program.

Other forms of anti-aliasing (Multi-Sampling and Coverage Sampling) will not work with these objects in Maestro.

Note that enabling SS anti-aliasing might significantly slow down rendering depending on your graphics card and how much is being rendered.
