How do I use the Pose Viewing Mode in Maestro?

If you've read into Maestro a pose viewer file that was output by Glide or you have a set of selected entries in Maestro in which the first entry is a protein and all the other entries are docked ligand poses, you can enter into Pose Viewing Mode, which will allow you to more easily navigate the ligand poses.
