What are the ranges for fitness, vector, volume, and site scores in Phase?

The score and weight ranges for the different scoring terms of the survival score are listed in Table 6.1 in the Phase User Manual (available in Maestro: Help → Manuals Index, then choose the Phase User Manual).

In Table 6.1, you will see that the score range for the vector score is -1.0 to 1.0, for the site score (alignment score) is 0.0 to 1.0, and for the volume score is 0.0 to 1.0. For all three of these terms, the weight range is 0.0 to 1.0, with the default weight of 1.0.

The fitness score ranges from -1.0 to 3.0 and is a linear combination of the site and vector alignment scores, as well as the volume score. The reference ligand for the hypothesis, which is an exact match, has a perfect fitness score of 3.0.

For more detailed information on scoring terms, please see Chapter 6 in the Phase User Manual (available in Maestro: Help → Manuals Index, then choose the Phase User Manual).
