The links in the Suite 2012 Manuals Index appear to be messed up. What's the problem?

This situation occurs for the Evince PDF viewer on Linux. The links to other documents aren't in the same places as the document titles. It appears that the mapping of the links to the locations in the document is incorrectly calculated by Evince. The problem only occurs in old versions of Evince like 0.6.0, which appear to be the default versions in a number of Linux distributions. You should upgrade to a newer version of Evince, or use a different PDF viewer.

Adobe Reader is required to use the manuals search index and to open tutorials from Maestro at the correct location, so you should consider installing it.
