The installation of Schrödinger Suite 2012 software onto a Mac was unsuccessful. What should I do?
Report this problem to help@schrodinger.com. Please describe your computer, the steps you took to install, and the particular manner in which the installation failed. If useful, attach a screenshot.
In addition, go to Applications → Utilities → Console and locate the console messages and the system.log file. Both of these resources contain time-stamped messages. Locate any messages that occurred during the failed installation, and copy the text into an email message. Alternatively, attach the files and indicate the time when the installation was attempted.
