I'm not getting the same results with Phase in Suite 2012 as in Suite 2011. Why is this?

The code for evaluating solvent-accessible surface area was improved, and this affects the locations and surface accessibility of hydrophobic features. You might have hydrophobic features that weren't present in Suite 2011, and features that were present might be in different locations or might not be present at all. It is recommended that you use the new code, and convert your hypotheses and databases.
