In the Maestro 9.3 MacroModel Constraints tab, I noticed that there is a 5000 atom limit on the number of allowed constraints. Is it possible to increase this limit?
Yes. There is an adjustable preference. Open the Command Input Area (Window
→ Command Input Area) if it is not displayed, and enter the command prefer maxnumcons=n to change the number of allowed constraint atoms. Replace
n with your desired value.
