My Glide grid generation job doesn't even start. Is there something I can do to fix it?

This is an issue in Suite 2012. It occurs when the title contains one or more commas, because the input file parser interprets the title as a comma-separated list. You may see error messages like the following in the terminal window on Linux:

FATAL mmim_handle_start(): output of launch command Error generating DICE file from input file: inputfile
Keyword ENTRYTITLE (value: ['title']): must be string, not list

Two workarounds you can use in Maestro are to remove the commas from the title or to supply a blank title in the Start dialog box when you start the grid generation job. If you supply a blank title, the ENTRYTITLE keyword is not written and the receptor title is used. If you want to keep the commas in the title, you can edit the jobname.in file and place quotes around the value for the ENTRYTITLE keyword, making sure that any quotes in the value are escaped with a backslash.
